Optimum Intake is the leading Central Coast Accredited Dietitian service, covering the Gosford, Wyong, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Lower Hunter areas. We provide individualised nutrition advice, to help our clients make lasting lifestyle changes for a variety of nutrition and health-related issues.
Our dietitian's are Accredited Practising Dietitian's (APD), Sports Dietitian's and members of the Dietitian's Association of Australia (DAA). We provide nutrition and lifestyle information with ongoing professional support to clients to achieve optimum health. We are passionate about food and healthy lifestyles, and plan for success by setting achievable and meaningful goals to help develop more healthy, sustainable eating habits.

REBATES
Did you know that many of our clients are entitled to rebates? Rebates may be made through Medicare, Private Health Funds and Department of Veteran's Affairs.
You will need to speak with your GP regarding your eligability for Medicare and DVA rebates and your personal Health Fund to find out how much you will receive.
3 New Locations in 2012
We will be working out of Umina GP Surgery, Point Clare Surgery in the south end of the Central Coast and also from Warnervale GP Super Clinic in the nothern end.
