Allyce Kepreotes BN&D APD (Hons)

Allyce has joined the Optimum Intake Team in 2020. She is aware that many of her clients feel
overwhelmed by all the misinformation and confusion around health and nutrition available both
online or from family and friends. Allyce is dedicated to seek out your individualised nutritional
requirements, while learning about your experiences with food (the good, bad and ugly) and eating plus your lifestyle choices and attitudes or beliefs surrounding your food decisions. With this collaborative approach she is able to provide reliable and specific education, strategies and advice that is designed for you.
Allyce believes that nutrition should not be complicated. Food decisions are complex and she aims to meet your health goals while encouraging a balance that supports you to be able to freely enjoy and celebrate with food, through improving your relationship, eating behaviours and attitudes towards adequately satisfying and nourishing your body and mind. Allyce will help you to feel confident and supported to lead a healthier and happier life.
Allyce graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and
Dietetics (Honours). As an Accredited Practising Dietitian and a member of Dietitians Australia,
Allyce is extremely passionate about delivering evidence-based nutritional advice to individuals of all backgrounds, ages and abilities. Allyce has previously worked as a Hospital Dietitian and at other outpatient clinics which has allowed her to develop her skills within a wide range of areas such as malnutrition, diabetes, oncology, weight concerns and gastrointestinal disorders.
Allyce looks forward to supporting your journey towards optimal nutrition.
