She provides personalised nutrition support for children and adults, with a strong focus on creating positive and enjoyable mealtime experiences. She enjoys bringing creativity into her sessions through cooking, food exploration and food-fortification strategies. Isabelle is experienced in meeting nutritional needs through food-based approaches, Oral Nutrition Supplements (ONS) and Home Enteral Nutrition (HEN).
Isabelle’s calm and caring nature helps her build quality relationships with clients and their families. She offers a welcoming and supportive environment within Optimum Intake’s clinic rooms and brings the same respectful, approachable presence when working with clients in their homes.
She practices from a Health at Every Size (HAES) perspective, prioritising her clients’ wellbeing and empowering them to develop sustainable strategies that support their health and nutrition goals. Isabelle is passionate about making the process of planning, preparing and enjoying nutritious meals feel achievable and enjoyable.
Outside of work, Isabelle loves discovering new cafés and restaurants, cooking for family and friends, and spending time outdoors. On warm summer days, you’ll often find her at the beach with her dog.
Isabelle looks forward to supporting you on your journey with Optimum Intake.
