Dietitians lunch

Jane McLeay – Dietitian

“One of the things I value is working with a large team of dietitians where together we have a large amount of experience and knowledge across a number of areas in dietetics. We learn from each other and everyone is willing to share their experience and help each other out.”

Liana Johnstone – Dietitian

“Every team member is valued and treated with respect, no one is ever overlooked, Jodie and the team all support us as individuals, we are not treated as just a number on the payroll. We are supported to follow our areas of interest, supported to engage in training both internally and externally to further our knowledge. Our time is protected – we are not expected to see an unreasonable amount of clients each day and our lunch break is always blocked out. The supervision!! – knowing that you have permanently scheduled supervision makes the job so much easier because you know where to go when you have a difficult case.”

Elisha Dematteis – Practice Manager

“We prioritise putting clients health first, treating clients with respect and referring on when we feel other services could help a client. We support all team members to have the space to raise ideas, coming up with new ways of doing things and encouraging laughter in the workplace.”
