Hannah is an empathetic and positive person who strives to empower her clients and support them in improving their physical and mental health through providing them with practical strategies and supporting long-term behavior change.

Hannah enjoys building strong, professional relationships with clients. This gives her the ability to provide individually tailored nutrition support and advice to suit the clients’ unique circumstances, preferences and lifestyle. Hannah adapts a holistic approach to her practice, recognising the roles that food plays in supporting physical, social and mental wellbeing.
She is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian part of the Optimum Intake Adult Disability Team.

Hannah graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (honours) in 2023. Due to her background as a Disability Support Worker, Hannah has an array of knowledge in the area and is passionate about advocating for her clients. Hannah aims to support people in forming a healthy relationship with food through embracing a Health at Every Size and a Non-Diet Approach to her practice.

Hannah enjoys living an active life playing soccer, running, and going to the gym. In her spare time, you can find Hannah reading or watching sport. She loves spending time with her family, friends, partner, and rottweiler Zhaki. Hannah is excited to join you on your journey towards optimal nutrition.
