Why Choose Optimum Intake?
Optimum Intake has been supporting people across the Central Coast and Newcastle for more than 16 years.
Our larger team means we’re able to offer expertise across many different areas of nutrition rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. It also means we can focus on finding the right practitioner for each client.

- Accredited Practising Dietitians providing evidence-based nutrition advice
- Face-to-face appointments on the Central Coast
- Telehealth appointments when visiting the clinic isn’t practical
- Support across NDIS, Medicare, DVA, private health and CHSP where eligible
- Dietitians working across a broad range of clinical and everyday nutrition needs
Most importantly, we want nutrition support to feel practical, personal and achievable.

Our Tuggerah Dietitian Clinic
Our Central Coast dietitian clinic is located at 17/19 Reliance Drive, Tuggerah NSW 2259.
We wanted the clinic to feel comfortable rather than clinical. Walk in and it feels more like a living room than a doctor’s waiting room, and that’s intentional.
Nutrition conversations can become personal quickly, so we’ve created a space where people can feel comfortable talking openly with their dietitian.
Our Tuggerah location provides convenient face-to-face dietitian appointments for people from across the Central Coast.
